Finally Anna confirmed that she and Mike have a SON on her site! :D

Anna married musician Mike Shinoda in 2003, and she has no shortage of kids to be inspired by, thanks to her son and nieces and nephews. Adventures in Asia, Brazil, Australia, Europe, and throughout the United States inspire her stories, as do her pet dogs and animals in her backyard. Mixing her experiences as an adult with her memories of her own childhood, Anna Shinoda has many stories to tell.

She will also have her first young adult novel published in Spring 2011!

Atheneum Books for Young Readers Contract Signed!


Anna Shinoda is pleased to announce she has officially signed the contract from Atheneum Books for Young Readers to publish her young adult novel, currently titled CROSS BONES.

CONGRATULATIONS ANNA! This is very happy news! We'll definitely be waiting for your novel! :) We wish you luck here at the MSC!
