Not in all Best Buy stores, but I saw on the LPUMB that it's in SOME Best Buy stores, the person who already bought theirs lives in central NY, so if you live there go to your Best Buy and check if they have the LPU 9 Package!
I'm currently in NY now, I'll try my best to get the package! Best of luck to all of you! Remember, it's not available yet to purchase on the LPU site, just in some Best Buy stores.
