Happy Birthday Brad!

Today, December 1st, is Brad Delson's birthday, he is turning 32!
A short bio of Brad:
Brad knew Mike since a very young age, they both attended Agoura High School together and graduated in 1996, they formed Xero (former band name of Linkin Park) this same year, they went to separate colleges, however they remained good friends even after high school. Brad went to UCLA while Mike went to the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena. At UCLA Brad met Phoenix (now Linkin Park's bassist), he was Brad's roommate. Brad recruited Phoenix to join the band (then called Hybrid Theory).

Brad taught Mike to play guitar.
